Cengiz's bakery on a seaside promenade. Shape the dough at the work table, carry what the oven bakes to the shelf, serve the customers at the till, scoop the dondurma, and spend what comes in on a faster oven, a bigger tray, a helper and tables by the sea. The ferry waits for its crates too.

Grow the bakery: keep the customers served, earn coins and climb the levels.
Walk Cengiz with ↑ ← ↓ → or W A S D, or click where he should go (a click on the work table, the oven, the shelf, the till or the ice cream counter takes him to it); on a touch screen tap where he should go, or drag (the stick shows where your thumb went down). The work happens where he stands.
At the work table Cengiz shapes the dough, whichever bake the shelf has least of, and it goes into the oven by itself, as much as the oven holds; the oven bakes it. At the oven Cengiz takes what it has baked onto his tray, as much as the tray holds; at the shelf he puts it out, as much as the shelf holds of each.
Customers queue at the till, a bubble over each with what they want and a ring round it that runs out as they wait. At the till Cengiz serves the one at the front: bakes from the shelf, drinks from the drinks bar, dondurma from his tray. Served, they pay; kept waiting too long, they leave. If you can’t give them what they want yet, it shows faded in their bubble and a line says why.
The drinks bar makes what the queue wants by itself. At the ice cream counter Cengiz scoops the dondurma the queue wants onto his tray, to serve at the till.
Every sale brings XP, and each level opens something new: more bakes, drinks and dondurma, and at Level 2, 3 and 4 the drinks bar, the ice cream counter and the seaside tables, one after another, each bought by standing on its spot on the floor while the coins go in. At the tables customers sit for a while after they’re served and leave a tip.
Buy them in the panel: a faster oven and drinks bar, a bigger tray and shelf, faster shoes, and from Level 5 a helper who shapes the dough and carries from the oven to the shelf.
The ferry waits with three crates of bakes. Load a crate from the shelf for its coins and XP; load all three and it sails at once with a bonus. When its time is up it sails with what is loaded, and comes back with three new crates.
↑ ← ↓ → and W A S D walk, a click or a tap sends him there, a drag on a touch screen is the stick. Space plays and pauses, Enter plays, Esc pauses. The speaker turns the sound on or off. A day is four minutes of play, from 08:00 to 20:00.
The whole bakery is kept in this browser: the coins, the level, the upgrades, what is on the shelf, in the oven, on the bar and on the tray, the ferry and the day. It pauses while you’re away and comes back paused. New game starts it over.
