These terms cover everything sold in the Bazaar of cengiz.ilerler.info. The seller is Cengiz Ilerler, an individual in Florida, United States. Questions go to [email protected].
These terms cover only what’s sold in the Bazaar. The recommendations and wishlist links elsewhere on the site go to other stores, and their own terms apply there.

What you buy
- Indicators: a personal license to use the indicator on one TradingView account, the username you give me. It can’t be transferred. Access is invite-only and granted by hand, normally within 24 hours of payment.
- Sessions: one hour on Google Meet, at a time we agree by email, in English or Turkish. The couple price covers two people in the same session. Sessions are for adults: paying confirms you are 18 or over, and if someone under 18 joins, I end the session and refund it in full.

Payment
Prices are in US dollars and paid through PayPal. Any fees or currency conversion your own bank or card adds are yours. Put your TradingView username (indicators) or your email (sessions) in the payment note, so I can deliver what you bought.

Refunds and rescheduling
Indicators: no refunds. Access is granted by hand to your username, so every sale is final.
Sessions: counted from the start of the session we agreed on.

If I have to cancel, you choose: a full refund or a new time, free.

Lifetime access
“Lifetime” means for as long as the indicator is published on TradingView and TradingView offers invite-only scripts. If either ends, access ends with it, without a refund. I may update, change or retire the indicator at any time.

No advice
Everything in the Bazaar is education and shared experience. Nothing here is financial, investment, trading, legal, immigration, tax, insurance or medical advice, and I’m not a licensed advisor in any of those fields. Trading carries a high risk of losing money, and the past behavior of a market or an indicator doesn’t guarantee future results. Your decisions, and their results, are yours.

No warranty
Indicators and sessions are provided as is, without warranty of any kind: not that an indicator is free of errors, fits your purpose or stays available, and not that a session reaches any particular result.

License and conduct
The indicator’s code stays closed. Don’t share your access, resell it, copy it or reverse engineer it. Sessions are private: neither of us records one without the other’s consent. I may end access or decline a session in case of abuse, without a refund.

Liability
As far as the law allows, my total liability for anything you buy here is limited to the amount you paid for it.

TradingView, PayPal and Google are trademarks of their owners. I’m not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, nor by ICT or any other trading educator.

Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. I may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you paid applies to that purchase. The Turkish translation is there for convenience; if the two differ, this English text prevails.
