How to play
Find every letter of the word before the drawing is finished.
Guessing
Pick a letter. If the word has it, every place it stands shows; if not, the drawing gets another stroke. Find the whole word to win it; the last stroke loses it, and the word shows.
The words
Real English words (on the Turkish page, Turkish ones), the same lists as the Code Name Generator’s: animals, birds, plants, sea life, the sky, the weather, stones, colours, places and myths. The theme shows under the word as a hint, and once the word is over, what it means.
Settings
Words is Short (3 to 5 letters), Any (to start) or Long (7 and up). Misses is 6 (to start), 8 or 10: the gallows is drawn ahead of time when fewer misses are allowed. Both are for the next word once you have guessed a letter.
Controls
Tap the letters, or type them. Next word, or Enter, brings the next one once a word is over; the round arrow gives this one up for another.
The word in play and the score are kept in this browser, and come back as they were.
